Terms of Use
Terms for the website, for enquiries, and for SEO and AI workflow work.
1. What these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of this website and to any non-binding enquiry you send us about what Fresh Dax does. Actual SEO work, coaching, programmes and consulting are covered on top of this by the individual quote, contract or order confirmation we agree with you.
2. What we do
Fresh Dax supports individuals, founders, small and medium-sized businesses and teams with SEO strategy and delivery, and with building and using AI workflows. This mainly covers marketing, content, SEO, business development, operations, reporting, presentations, and website and MVP projects.
3. AI output, and why you have to check it
Anything an AI tool produces can be wrong, incomplete, out of date or easy to misread. Every piece of content, analysis, recommendation, prompt, workflow and automation has to be checked before you publish it or use it in production.
Fresh Dax is not a substitute for legal, tax, financial, medical or any other regulated professional advice.
4. Client data
Clients should not enter confidential, sensitive or personal data into AI tools unless this has been explicitly agreed and cleared from a data protection point of view.
5. Liability, and no guaranteed results
Fresh Dax does not promise any particular commercial outcome: not rankings, revenue, leads, conversion rates or productivity gains, unless we have explicitly agreed it with you in writing. Any figures or examples we show are there to illustrate what is possible, and results vary depending on where you are starting from.
6. Version
These terms of use are dated July 2026 and will be updated when they need to be.
