2. Hosting and server logs

This website runs on Cloudflare Pages. The provider is Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Cloudflare runs a global server network, so access data may also be processed in the USA; the transfer is based on the EU standard contractual clauses. When you visit the site, technically necessary data such as your IP address, the time of access and your browser and device details may be processed in order to deliver and protect the website.

We use Google Fonts to display our typefaces. The font files load from Google's servers (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) when you open a page. Your IP address is passed to Google in the process and may be processed in the USA; the transfer is based on the EU standard contractual clauses. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a consistent, fast website.

On the dashboard page we also load the charting library Chart.js via the content delivery network jsDelivr (ProspectOne, Kraków, Poland). Your IP address is passed to that provider so the file can be delivered.

3. Forms, enquiries and the waiting list

If you use a form or contact us by email, we process what you send us: for example your name, email address, role, company, website, message and details of what you need on SEO, AI or workflows. Enquiries may be processed in email, Google Workspace and Google Sheets.

Where an enquiry does not lead to us working together, we keep it for up to six months as a rule. Waiting list entries are kept until you ask us to remove you.

4. Google Analytics, Google Ads and consent

We plan to use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads to measure how the site is used and how our marketing performs. These services load only after you have given consent through the cookie banner (Google Consent Mode v2). Without your consent, no tracking cookies are set.

You can withdraw or change your consent at any time through the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page. The legal basis for this processing is your consent.

5. AI tools

Fresh Dax works with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude. For exercises and examples we use anonymised or made-up data wherever possible. Clients should not enter confidential, sensitive or personal data into AI tools unless this has been explicitly agreed and cleared from a data protection point of view.

6. External links

Our website links to external websites, for example LinkedIn. Once you click one of those links, the privacy policy of that provider applies.

7. Your rights

You can ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you, and you can ask us to correct it, erase it, restrict how we use it, or stop using it altogether. You can also withdraw any consent you have given.

An email to [email protected] is enough to do any of this.

This privacy policy is dated July 2026 and will be updated when it needs to be.
